About the Course

Our eight-week drawing course is designed to expand your drawing practice and push your mark making further. Building on your own style, you'll move from observational drawing and traditional methods through to more contemporary, gestural approaches — stretching both technique and artistic expression along the way.

Open to beginners and experienced artists alike, the course offers a chance to work in a professional studio space set in a beautiful bush setting.

We encourage you to bring any supplies you're excited to use, but if you're new to image making, here's a suggested list to get started:

"Before joining Liz's classes, I would have told you that I couldn't draw, but she has completely changed the way I see myself as an artist, making art feel accessible and achievable. She has encouraged me to stop comparing myself to what I used to call 'real artists' and instead discover my own unique creative voice. Liz's classes, held in her beautiful Art Shed, are welcoming and genuinely supportive. She has created a space where beginners and experienced artists alike feel inspired, encouraged, and free to grow. I can't recommend her highly enough."
